Smith Ocean Adventure Travel is a travel consulting agency affiliated as an independent contractor with Sixth Star Travel. We are based in Carlsbad, CA as a home-officed travel agency. This is a second career for me, David Smith, having slowed down my Financial Planner career. I am an open water scuba instructor (#97337) with PADI and have traveled for scuba to many great sites.
